Not sure what has happened since the store first opened. I checked both this order location and Salt Lake City and everything is full retail price and sometimes even more. I’m not sure. I understand the point of it as they are getting merchandise for pennies on the dollar from damaged or unclaimed freight. Where are the discounts? Why are people having a good experience here? I looked up every item in a dozen areas and couldn’t find one that was less expensive than online.

Great,
There’s some things that don’t have the price,
It would be nice if everything had a little sticker saying the price, but it must be a lot of work so I get if the employees aren’t able to and they’re probably short staffed so I get it.
But you can always check at the front desk,a girl there helped me out and she was sooo nice.
But other than that, the employees are friendly when I got checked out the monitor wasn’t working so the girl there made sure that I knew the prices on the items that didn’t have a sticker and she was so nice as well,the store is pretty clean I really liked it.
Also: they’re really specific on what items have a discount so you gotta make sure that the items are exactly what’s on the sign, which I honestly get it😅(just because an older gentleman was trying to argue with the girl that was checking me out, over a discount,I honestly felt so bad for her, so just FYI)
Another thing I would change is the bathroom. I’m not quite sure why they have the system of the key,I think a key pad would be more efficient but thats just me.
But, I would totally check the store out if you’re in the area.

They used to have good prices but most things you can find cheaper other places now, they advertise 30% to 70% off which is false, unless you want to buy some expired food. They seem to be making pretty good money since they've updated their store in Salt Lake and they constantly advertised on the radio and TV now.

Nice prices, but I have frequently had to leave the store and quit shopping because the front desk doesn't have the bathroom key and they expect you to awkwardly hover around the bathroom waiting for someone to let you in. Bonus points if there's no one in the restroom and you are forced to leave at risk of having an accident. I would have hoped by now NPS would have figured out a better system, but it seems like customer frustration and discomfort is the status quo. Very lazy management and staff.

I’m mean i get what they are thinking but it’s illegal to have those bathrooms locked during store hours. I had to Pee so bad. Walked to the bathroom to find it’s locked. Walked to customer service wait in the line was told I have to give my drivers license in exchange for the bathroom key. Not that great of a store to feel like I’m in prison when nature calls. I ain’t coming back. And… the customer service guys rude.

I did like shopping here . I recently went there . Bought some fruits. Told casher that they charge me the wrong price. They said sorry but I have to go to customer service. Mangerment there needs to do a better job on training there employees. The employees are represented of the care the management has for them in doing there jobs.

Poor customer service, extremely aggressive and rude. Long wait times to check out. Most of their garbage is priced higher than retail. This place use to be great, but they have become so bad I don’t waste my time there anymore.

Store was clean and organized, and staff was very friendly. The prices were higher than I expected. However I found high quality items for s discounted price.
