Jolie boutique de chapeaux et casquettes! On y va pour un accessoire chic ou complètement original côté chapeaux - été comme hiver, ils ont forcément celui qui vous fera. Sinon, côté urbain, on adore leurs casquettes aux logos originaux et vraiment drôles.
Bon à savoir : le personnel très serviable et le quartier sympa.

De très beaux chapeaux et casquettes, de grande qualité et à la finition soignée. Les prix s'en ressentent (comptez 40-50$ pour un modèle de casquette) mais, avec un très bon service et un conseil sur mesure, on peut s'acheter une pièce coup de cœur ou en offrir une en cadeau !

I. LOVE. HATS. Found a couple of beautiful hats here to take home with me. Service was great. Only reason why I didn’t rate it 5.0 was they didn’t have hat boxes. It’s a hat shop for dern sake!!

They did call their other store to secure one, but that means a separate trip. Other than that, top notch. The one young gentleman even customized my hat with a new ribbon and additional feathers.

I’ve already received a ton of compliments on the hat ;). Thank you!

Every time I enter Goorin in Union Square I always find it so enchanting to find a new style of hat that suites me.
All the different styles and shapes can be scary at first as a new hat wearer but it helps to branch me out of my comfort zone. Plus finding out how many different styles of hats look good on me has given me such a confidence boost.
The workers Danny, Dylan, and Dela are the best around.
They always make me feel comfortable in any hat I choose.
Highly suggest stopping by this cute little hat shop!!!

The quality of the hats are great. The review is for the shop, namely the ill-tempered man that was there each time I went. The first to buy a hat that I ended up returning since I bought a cheaper model that worked better for my budget and it was "packable". I hoped that I could get a small bend that was in the brim of the hat that I ordered online steamed out, but he said it was not possible since it was a "cheaper" hat than the one I was returning. He scorned me for the return, noting that is was a much higher quality than the hat I have now.

Goorin Bros make and sell great hats but even better customer service.

I have been a Goorin Bros fan of long standing, so the first time I visited the US had to include a visit to a Goorin shop. And it did.

I had sometime in Seattle before a flight and visited the Seattle shop. I purchased a trilby I was really happy with but when I arrived in S. Francisco in the evening, the hat's brim had lost its shape and was all wonky. Within a couple of days and with a couple of emails with Goorin HQ, I got a receipt emailed to me (which I didn't have anymore) and went to Goorin SF Union Square. The shop assistant was very interested and upon my request to have the hat exchanged for another model, suggested me another hat (one more suitable to my built and taste).

I came out of the store feeling really good about myself and the service I had just received. I wear hats every single day and this Goorin is the hat that signifies to me not only the great time I had in America, but also how a company went out off their way to be nice to a customer. Next, off we went to see the Muir Woods up in Sausalito.

There are many hat companies and to be fair many make better hats than Goorin. However, they are good quality, honestly priced hats. That price includes invaluable customer service; which is the one thing that will make me go back to Goorin is they work hard to keep the hat industry alive and the customer service we are not exactly used to received in this online commerce age.

This is my favorite hat shop for classy paperboy style. The price matches the quality & the staff is very helpful. They will assist you with styling & even stretch your hat for a perfect fit after purchase. They really know how to treat their customers & I always walk out with a smile 😃
