Ken and Chloe were a big help and so personable! They definitely made shopping here fun! We found a hat we needed for an upcoming event.
There were lots of scary Halloween items, but also different costume options as well. There are lots of balloons, yard signs, and party supplies.. including piñatas.

I’m not someone that goes to party city often to get balloons but I wanted to make my boyfriend and his mom’s bday special by getting a balloon bouquet. I had no idea where to start but the associate was so very helpful, friendly and I really appreciated that he took charge while keeping my vision in mind . He made what would have been a pain-in-the-butt, a breeze. I honestly had a great time talking with him while he inflated my balloons. And because of that experience, I will be coming to party city more often than I did. I can’t remember his name but it started with an L. If you see this, thanks again!! 🎈 💕

The party city Brandon location is by far the best Party City that I've ever been to. Every year we go back to the same store and our helped by the amazing Ken to make sure that my son's birthday is perfectly decorated. Ken and the additional employees at that Party City location have run it like a well oiled machine highly recommend Thank you so much always Ken for all your help.

Went to Party City today for my daughter Birthday. Although the store is closing the Manager Ken and an associate Tiffany were amazing, great spirts and positive. You can tell when someone genuinely loves their job. They truly made my daughter birthday special and made her feel like a real birthday girl.

“I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Party City, and I feel compelled to share it. To start, the store is poorly managed, and the staff is incredibly unhelpful. During my visit, no one offered assistance with my purchase. When I finally reached the checkout, the wait was unreasonably long. The employees seemed more interested in wandering around the store than in helping customers.

Adding to my frustration, I had to return items because we couldn’t hold my son’s birthday party due to a hurricane. I didn’t have the physical receipt with me, but I assumed that, like in most modern stores, they would be able to look up my purchase using the card I paid with. To my surprise, they insisted that I needed the physical receipt, stating that it was the only acceptable way to process a return. This policy feels incredibly outdated and not customer-friendly at all. In today’s world, where digital records are accessible, being forced to rely on a piece of paper for returns is not only inconvenient but also poor customer service.

Overall, my experience at Party City was frustrating and disappointing. Their outdated policies and lack of attentiveness from the staff made for a terrible shopping experience. I certainly won’t be returning to this store and would advise others to be cautious if they expect even basic customer service.”

It was a busy Saturday morning but Ken was multi-tasking like a mad man! Very awesome customer service. He even switched out the balloons after I picked a matte color in error! We will make the trek to this store whenever we need party supplies. Well done with a smile!

The store has a lot of room that they stuff fully with Goodies. They have good prices to I got some face make up and lipstick 💄 for $5.99 . The story did a very good job setting it all up. The ladies at the checkout were good.

I went with my little brother and my girlfriend. The whole time from when we entered the store till we left we had different employees look at what we were doing. Obviously they thought that we were maybe stealing. There’s no fitting rooms so i took one of the costumes to the back to just open it and see it. If an employee/management has a problem with a costumer they should just approach the costumer. But I understand the concern i guess, it just made us really uncomfortable.
