Recently checked-out the new City Creek Center store and Aaron went above-and-beyond to help me find a Beta AR shell in a tough-to-find color/size combo (thanks again!). Originally I was planning to buy the shell online, but the product disappeared from Arc'teryx's site without warning.

When I visited the store, not only did I see the shell, but several other products that are only sporadically available online. I'd encourage others to check City Creek's stock if you're having trouble finding a specific piece.

I'm a longtime user of Arc'teryx climbing harnesses, ski packs, shells, and insulating layers. I think their durability, lightness, and features are among the best available. Happy to have a retail location in my city!

I recently visited the brand new Arc’teryx store and had an amazing experience! The quality of their clothing is unmatched – durable, functional, and stylish all at once. The staff went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the materials and features of each product.

The store itself is well-organized and has a clean, modern design that showcases their range perfectly. While Arc’teryx products are an investment, the performance and longevity make it completely worth it. Highly recommend this store for anyone serious about outdoor gear!

Have purchased Arcteryx products over the years. Always been impressed with the product quality. Had the opportunity to attend the grand opening this morning. Stood in line for over 2 hrs. The grand opening was a flop. They didn’t offer the supporters waiting for hours anything and you had to spend $300 to get a free cheap t shirt. I was so disappointed with the effort and the lack of gratitude toward loyal arcteryx customers.

The grand opening really missed the mark. Doors opened at 10 a.m., and people had lined up hours before, with over 100 of us excited to check it out. There was a lot of anticipation for some giveaways, but then they told us to come back at 2 p.m. for raffles. Honestly, after waiting that long with no freebies handed out, expecting people to come back later felt like a stretch. If you’re not going to give something to the folks who showed up early, it’s a bit much to ask us to make a second trip.
