BEA provide an exceptional service. The are proactive and also very responsive when we do have issues and, they are sensibly priced.

After finding out my broadband provider of 16 years was moving out of the market , was I glad that I found BEA Solutions! They sorted my broadband, landline, a new domain name, e-mail and software out so that the transition was seamless. More importantly they listened to my needs rather than telling me what I needed and offered a number of solutions to choose from.
Their response to sorting the joys of ICT glitches is also really responsive and as they set the system up they know what to do and you do not have to spend hours trying to self-diagnose and try various options before any action happens .
The whole process has given me peace of mind as if I do have any issues, I know Marc and the Team will deal with it and speedily.
