I went in with my daughter to pick up a few necklaces just before the store closed. I had a great conversation with a young man that worked at Claire’s and his female colleague. Talking about life and how I used to grow up there. They both gave excellent customer service and would highly recommend the two of them to help anyone in their store. I unfortunately didn’t catch any of their names but they definitely set the right expectation. This is how customer service should be. They made our vacation that much better. Really bad experience. Came twice this week for returning a broken earing. Always called the manager and in the end found excuses to refuse the returning. The police is ridiculous and lying. Why can the store earn 4+ star

Had my ears pierced, well repierced, by Al. Super professional and patient. Answered all of our questions, knew his craft and was gentle. Friendly and helpful staff.

The cashier can benefit from more training on providing better customer service. Please don't give misinformation to customers. My daughter was told wrong information about their buy 3 get 3 free promotion until I stepped in.

Terrible service for ear piercing at this location. Run by a bunch of kids and have barely any training. My poor three month baby suffered since the employee used a faulty ear ring and left it hanging at the wrong spot on her right earlobe. She then plucked it out and replaced with another earring. The new earring came off exactly a week after the first month and their free coverage had ended. The new manager (another kid) declined to fit a new earring despite pleading to him.
Do yourself a favor and get your baby’s ears pierced by a trained professional / RN at Target (Rowan at TGT) on the weekends and avoid Claire’s at any cost .

Came right at 10 to let my little cousin pick out a present for her birthday and it isn’t open on time. In the time we waited we saw 4 other people try going in just to notice it was not opened. Including a fedex delivery man who had a big box and knocked and waited for a couple minutes as well. How do you not open a store on time? So unprofessional. Would not come back here. Took her to target for a present instead. If you need something from Claire’s, take them to the mall where they are professional and actually open on time.
