Got home after long drive, went turn on PC that I had built myself 7 years ago (and had slowly been upgrading) and nothing! Called Computer Orbit and explained my issue and they were happy to help. Brought to them Monday, paid for fast track service, and they had diagnosed issue same day and said they would run further tests, and get another call later the same day saying they have concluded all tests are are happy!

As I wanted to upgrade as well, they called me the next day with priced upgrades + fitting cost at a very reasonable price for parts + labour. Picked up PC today and couldn't be happier with service, guys in there all amazing having spoken to pretty much all of them. Even seem to have just cleaned up few wires etc just to be nice as well + make look better for me. Will be back here for more parts in future! Thanks so much again!!

Excellent customer service from Jack and the whole team. They gave honest advice about my pc build and were very patient. They also went above and beyond helping me when I had technical difficulties with a card I asked them to include in the new build.

I built a keyboard a few months ago and had issues with the PCB of the baseboard. Orbit staff were incredibly helpful in replacing the parts swiftly and the Haribo in the package was a pleasant surprise!

I have been into Computer Orbit a few times to browse. This time i went in to buy a new CPU, Motherboard, RAM and Cooler. The sales staff (Jack served me) were extremely helpful and informative, he didn’t try to just upsell anything they took into consideration my budget and advised excellently. Fair to say I took his advice and now my PC doesn’t skip a beat, consistently holding FPS. Next time i am in the market for parts I will be back here!

Made a mistake on my order as Paypal had an old address, Emailed support at close to 1AM and Ollie had cancelled the order for me so i could rebuy it for before 10am. Very helpful especially as the issue was my own fault. I have ordered from these guys a few times and never had a bad experience 5*

Visited today to buy a complex order of mechanical keyboard switches. I wanted a few each from many different types, which was not a problem. The shop itself is spacious and modern, with a wide range of demo keyboards and computer cases. I especially liked their custom Nando’s PC with ”hot sauce” cooling. Staff was friendly and knew their stuff.

As a former professional PC builder and computer shop owner myself, I can safely say they have everything you could possibly need for your PC, and more. They even do fully bespoke builds, which is rare to see. They also have a demo section where you can try many different keyboard switches.

Special thanks to Bob who had to juggle a couple hundred keyboard switches for me! I will be back.

Brilliant service went above and beyond. Got quoted 7 days for a repair and it was done in less then 48 hours. Couldn’t honestly recommend anymore, my family has been going for years for their computers to be fixed.

This store uses GLS to ship products, one of the worst, if not the worst, shipping companies I’ve encountered.

I paid for 3-5 working days delivery, but almost two months have passed, and I have not received the product.

After a lot of back and forth, the store, at least, had the decency to refund me.
