Pharmacie au personnel professionnel mais assez peu aimable, pratique pour les vaccins mais souvent trop d'attente pour la pharmacie, longue queue d'attente.
Le magasin est grand et beaucoup de choix pour un CVS même si l'organisation des rayons manque de logique, il n'est pas évident de trouver ce que l'on cherche.
Comme la plupart des magasins CVS le sol est en moquette et personnellement je trouve cela vieillot et surtout pas hygiénique.

The beautiful young woman at the pharmacy graciously welcomed me back. I was truly touched as I have only been there once before for a prescription for my dog. That acknowledgement made my day and I will return because of that! She also advised me that this could be made a standing order and renewed each month for my convenience. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, charming and customer focused all in one person!

Horrible, unprofessional experience. I was picking up several prescriptions and instead of letting me know that one of them was not available, they instead chose to say nothing. The only reason I noticed it was missing was because I looked through the prescriptions after picking them up, and I had to go back to check in with them. Incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior from pharmacy staff.

The pharmacy is really slow in processing.
For inhalers it takes more than 36 hrs to process it.
Certain medications is ok to wait but for asthma inhalers this wait is really troublesome specifically when doctor prescribed new medication.

The wait line is always so long that planing a medication pick up is like planing a trip
So disappointed ☹️

This is only cvs near the location so I would continue to be with them.

I do understand the pharmacy staff situation but I sincerely hope they speed up a little bit , at least.

You need to plan for long pharmacy lines and slow, incomplete processing. The computers are down on a regular basis and they can't apply my account discount or can't ring up the meds. I come to the store several times and leave without meds for reasons that could have been handled on the phone if the staff had more time to follow best practices. They seem chronically understaffed for the volume of prescriptions they handle. The staff seem competent and friendly, just overwhelmed, so if your time is valuable, this is not a "convenient" pharmacy.

Tip: wait in main line at the front for passport pics, not near the photo center.

I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years to fill all of my Sutter Health Prescriptions from early 2008 until 2021 and continuous beyond April-May, 2021. Always perfect! 30-90-180day scripts! And Mostly perfect OTC.
