Excellent magasins, tout ce qu’il faut pour la couture. Très grand assortiment de laine.

I’ve been to this store twice & both times have been horrible. I will drive further to go to a different location at this point. Placed a pickup order yesterday & put it for in store pickup BEFORE I even started driving to the store. Had to wait in a huge line to get my pickup order, not convenient at all, and then the cashier was very rude. She said “they were outside looking for you” and I said oh I had it as in store and she said “you must’ve just done that.” when I did not just do that. Today I was in a rush to grab crochet hooks. I found exactly what I needed but it had the tag that an associate had to help to get it off the hook. I went to the middle section & found no one. Called the store and they said they would send someone to the crochet hooks. I went over and waited and no one showed up. Went back out and found someone and she helped and was polite. Just spent almost half an hour in that store when it should have taken 5.

As a person who sews, JoAnn is my favorite of the chain craft stores. This particular outpost of JoAnn always has a nice selection of fabric and other craft supplies. The store was remodeled some time in the past maybe five years, so it is moderately clean. The staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this JoAnn location for one's crafting and sewing needs.

They should put a picture of their restroom in their advertising. It’s dehumanizing. I let them know while I was there. The two employees I met were very nice and I appreciate their help, however I will never return. It was a negative reflection on the store and how little Joann’s thinks of the shopping public. Sorry Joann’s, you were always my favorite since the 1970’s (my go to place), for all my sewing needs but your public restroom in the Cleveland Store is shameful.

Wow, giant quilt machine you can rent! Lovley quilter let me take photos. Wowza, lots of great stuff inside. Miles of fabrics. Tons of yarn. Sewing, knitting, crafting stuff galore. Check out my new pics. Also, aisles of children's crafting items. So much stuff! I spent an hour and a half! Got a huge haul! Staff is excellent as always. Crystal cut my fabric for me, and she was so informative. Sign up at the kiosk to get a text message when you can have your fabric cut. No need to wait in line. There are these huge tables throughout the store, where you can lay out your project items, and see if you need something else. Used one myself during today's visit. Joann's is so much fun. Come and check it out! They have the most fabulous new shopping carts. They are getting in wonderful Christmas items. I got a huge haul today, as usual. I bought several fabrics for different projects. Can't wait to get started! I love shopping at Joann's. There are so many really cute things. I found a small canvas bag that will be perfect for carrying my lunch to work. It was under ten dollars, and you can decorate it yourself. There are always adorable seasonal decorations available to brighten your home. This is always a fun stop! Check out the fabulous Christmas ornaments.

This place is FANTASTIC! Definitely not how I remember Joann Fabrics. This Saturday is the most we rounded craft store around. They have sewing items, baking and candy making, woodworking, jewelry making, painting, drawing, candles. Significantly superiorly to competitors.

They have a a huge selection of DIY items and arts and craft items. They also sell decorative things for the house. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the items for me are a bit pricey.. but otherwise, really nice store to just walk around and it’s a go-to place for projects. I’m pretty sure they have almost everything.

So disappointed in this store. I waited patiently in line to get fabric cut and finally get to the front of the line only to find only to discover that there isn’t enough fabric on the roll. The girl that was helping was actually VERY RUDE about it. Making the assumption that I could tell how much fabric was on a roll. There were about 5 people behind me that had waited as well so that meant I had to go to the back of the line. She wasn’t even willing to check if there was any more of the fabric in the store simply told me it was on the back wall. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !
