Awful customer service experience. I drove 35 minutes to do an even exchange and I was told that they couldn’t do that.
I bought some pants for my son for Christmas and they are too big. The price is $20 higher now and they would not allow me to exchange them for a smaller size!
Horrible customer service, I even talked to the manager who was very condescending and rude and refused to do an exchange for me even though I had the receipt and there was nothing on the item indicating that was a final sale. I wanted the exact same item just in a small size.
Will not go back to this store 😢

I’d like to leave a review and personally thank Dana and Gabby! I had an exchange that ended up being a little difficult but they were SO helpful and kind. They didn’t make me feel rushed or bad at all that it was taking a second.

Great variety. Lots of styles and brands to choose from. This store is full of classy and dressy styles. The women's department has more to choose from and more options for sizes. There weren't many size options in some of the men's items. But, it was clean and organized, and customer service was friendly!

Caroline and the manager provided extremely poor customer service, which alone is enough for me to never shop here again or recommend this store. On top of that, the store itself is messy and disorganized.

Ventured here for the fIrst time tonight as Nordstrom Racks typically have great deals and markdowns. Had great winter coats on sale under $70 too. Browsed through the clearance shoe section and still found some shoes still a bit pricey even when the price is marked for clearance. This place has really clean bathrooms - so that was a plus! And the bathroom also offers disposable seat covers! Which is kind of rare in Utah - I don’t know why every public place does NOT offer disposable seat covers - this should be a law! In California every public place offers disposable seat covers. I did find a couple of pairs of shoes here that I really liked, but still was a bit steep in price. There was also a dress jumpsuit in the clearance section - one medium and one XL. The medium one had a price of $11.98 and the XL had a price of $$20.98. I asked an associate to see if they are the same price, as they are both the same dresses. Usually when this happens in a does a department store, they honor the lower price so when the associate came back, she stated that someone placed the wrong price on the lower priced tag, meaning both dresses were supposed to be $20.98 each. I don’t know if that’s a store mistake or they were blaming a random customer, but it just gave me an impression that they don’t run a tight ship.

If you are any color of brown, please be aware that employees like D. S. will doubt the sale prices of each item that you have. If you are of a lighter shade and speak perfect English without an accent, you can change/request any price for sale items and they will be happy to adjust them for you.

@Nordstromrack, please educate your employees to at least hide the disbelief and rudeness when someone finds a good deal.
