I stopped by Omega in SF while I was in town for work, and just had to note an exceptional experience. Paul was incredibly helpful and the exact kind of sales representative that us younger watch enthusiasts (there are a lot more of us now) need -- a peer who understands how to make you feel at home, who never takes himself too seriously and can chop it up, be real with you, and ultimately take care of you. We were searching for an Omega Planet Ocean GMT Master and stopped by at the boutique. Paul Parra was very helpful and even though there some issues in the beginning, he took care of it in the best possible way. Great customer service and best way to purchase an Omega, since they are the ONLY actual Omega Boutique with many services that are not offered at other authorized dealer such as Tourneau and Toppers.
