The store was well stocked, has friendly and helpful employees.
I've also used the online order/pick up service. They did an outstanding job. My veggies were fresh, no bruised fruits, and good choices on fresh meat by the picker, I'm definitely using that service again. Everything was bagged well. Easy and convenient.

This Smith's is fairly nice. It is a little bit old, but it is in good shape. The parking lot always seems to be full, but you still are able to check out quickly. It seemed like there were an adequate number of employees. Things were stocked and available.

Love shopping at smiths. Tyler one of the managers is an outstanding guy. I always see him helping customers. Most managers hide in an office. He's always there to help. A tree star because they have some extremely rude employees. One of the staff in the pharmacy threw my prescription to me instead of handing me my daughter's prescription. Was extremely unprofessional and rude the whole time even the way he talked. We also had a problem with the guy in the meat department who just didn't want to do his job. We were looking for prime rib. He told us they had been out for days and even sent us to a competitor store down the street. As we went to leave the store there was coffin at the front of the store with a bunch of prime ribs in it. He just seemed as though he didn't like his job nor did he want to be there doing his job. Some of the employees need some training in customer service. Both instances Tyler came over and apologized and was able to calm the situation and we left knowing the store manager cares.

I'm tired of this place. I will be going out of my way to Winco. I have to argue about over- pricing everytime I go to check out. I hate sounding rude. But add up a couple dollars evertime I go. I figure smiths has taken an extra $200 from me this year. There are a couple descent employees but yeah most of them are rude. I have been going here for 2 years . Place has gone down a lot

Smith's is an absolute disgrace, and I’ve finally had enough. Every single time I shop there, the essentials—dairy, and produce—are completely out of stock. Not running low, not almost out—empty shelves. And this isn’t happening in the middle of the night; this is during peak hours when the store is packed with paying customers.

Here’s a reality check: there are plenty of ways to stay on top of peak times and sales trends to ensure your shelves are stocked. It’s called inventory management, and any business worth its salt knows how to do it. A company the size of Smith’s has zero excuse to fail this badly. For the obscene markup they put on their products, they can more than afford to pay associates to restock. Yet it’s clear they choose not to, leaving customers with a half-empty store that somehow still charges premium prices.

What makes it even worse? The store manager is pulling in a six-figure gross salary. Let that sink in for a moment: someone is making six figures while allowing their store to operate like this. This kind of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable at any level, but when you factor in the pay scale, it’s downright insulting.

Smith's, your customers deserve better. If you can’t manage the basics like keeping essential items in stock, maybe it’s time to reevaluate your priorities—or find someone who can. This level of failure isn’t just disappointing; it’s a slap in the face to anyone spending their hard-earned money here. Get it together.

You can tell by my picture, that other products are a gapping whole as well. This is just one picture, if I ever go back I'll post more and a lot more.

Amazing prices for gas without the long lines. Of course the case lot sales are amazing. But we love the sushi which is made fresh daily on site. The floral center is a perfect way to welcome customers with the gorgeous bouquets. The cheese selection is perfect if you want to try something unique.

Update: Delivery with Instacart is still absolutely terrible. They can never find the items or get the order to your house anywhere near the expected window. So disappointing.

Delivery is always a nightmare. Today my order arrived late because the driver got lost... Even though GPS will take you straight to my house and I have a house number. When the items arrived, most of the cold things were lukewarm. The ice cream was completely melted and so we're the chocolate chips. I'm hoping and praying the meat isn't gone bad.

I've just had too many problems with delivery to count- Weird item substitutions, receiving items I didn't order, getting refund for items that are definitely in stock, my groceries being delivered to other houses etc.

So I'm over it. Inside of the store itself is fine, but they're either severely understaffed or poorly trained in the instacart department.
